I know people will tell me she won't change, and it's not worth my spit. but yeah, I can do the things she told me I couldn't. I will grow and not let it affect my kindness or make me bitter. Didn't mean for this to become a self-affirmation post. but here we are lol

Was talking to my therapist the other day, she's not a gamer, but she thinks doing the harder game content will help improve my self-confidence and self-validation. not just for the game, for other things as well. Gamification and roleplay are good for practicing for real-world situations <3
