I have an Acer Swift 3 that I use for when I need Windows (mostly for Calman) and it works fine and is very macbook-ish aside from the mediocre battery life. Not sure how upgradable it would be though.
You can do this at my local hardware store and it's phenomenal. Love spending $1.37 on the 3 random bolts and washers I need that day.

It's pretty rare anymore. Virtually all TV aside from a handful of prestige projects like you mentioned are digital these days. Winning Time used at least some but they used a whole mix of vintage formats too. Even ten years ago though, most network dramas would have been.
It seems to have done the part that you'd pay for (getting to space, which it failed at in the previous attempts) fine, and failed at something that the other rocket in this class, SLS, doesn't even attempt (reuse). I think both framings are fair enough.
Not sure about Florida specifically, but it's often simply not possible to get a driver's license without some kind of legal status.
