When you place the pointer over a costumer name it should pop up a window with the basic info. Currently we must click over the name line, read the info and then go back to the page we were before.

There's actually a pull request (a suggested change to the codebase) by the very talented @mary.my.id which would implement that. Hopefully it will be reviewed and available soon 🤞
