setting up printers went from a nightmare to really easy at the exact same moment we stopped needing to print things
I actually found that when I got my printer, there was actually a lot of stuff I needed to print but couldn't...but then again, I also play a lot of RPGs and Battletech and need new sheets and stuff regularly l
OHMYGOD!!!!!
I had to fuckin battle my printer to get it working last night You're generally right, but there are random cases where the frustration continues
Anyone who's managed network printers for a company would not agree. Compatibility is still frequently a complete sh1tsh0w
I own a printer for the <10 times a year that I need to print something I hope for a paperless world
My last reliable printer / scanner was effectively bricked with a "driver update" from HP. Fancy requiring online login to scan a bloody page, and disabling PDF export!
Oooooohhhhh.... (Sound of Twilight Zone music swells in the background of my mind...)
Setting up printers is still a nightmare.Setting up printers is still a nightmare.
Uh, I have lived without a printer since August… (temporary housing while waiting for new home to be finished) - not fun in my opinion.
