For Walking wake I used as a base the anatomy mixed between allosaurids and dromeosaurids. Raging bolt has the giraffatitan anatomy mixed with other dinosaurs of the macronaria clade. And Gouging fire is a styracosaurus with a bit exaggerated attributes.
