This can't and won't happen (and I think probably shouldn't) but if the DOJ held a presser detailing the opening of an investigation into any of this (I dunno, the bribes, the terrorism, embezzling campaign finances, etc.) I guess the frame would be horror that dems are abusing power, not Her Emails
I kinda wish people would also highlight that, while they have clearly been harassed, there have been a lot of good folks reaching out in support as well. We shouldn't be cowed or intimidated into letting these thugs dominate our stories.

I'm not sure how valuable a national poll of Latinos is, tbh. They're not a monolith and Latino voters in NJ =! AZ, FL etc. Dunno about this Univision poll but I'd personally prefer reasonable sized polls from specific swing states. But I don't want to ignore that dems have issues with Latinos ...
This is a national poll right? Are latinos in NJ similar to those in TX or AZ or FL? I don't know but I didn't see a discussion of regionality in there. Don't think we can discount Harris's softness here though.
They've tried anti-trans messaging a ton (including 2022) and it always seems to score better in their tests than to work to actually move elections. Maybe you're right, but I kind of think the median voter doesn't have the fox news universe vocab to understand it much less be motivated by it.
It's absolutely insane. I guffawed when I saw it! And it's from teh campaign itself. Like, I'm really curious about the data that they're getting that makes them think it's going to be an effective line of attack. It just seems so weird and out there.

Yeah i have no real feel for how good the field ops are for Harris. Trump's campaign gotv definitely seems like a grift. But the Elon Pac seems to me is at least spending some money (3ish mil per battleground state over the last month). Guess we'll see. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024...
