I know this is going to be unpopular…. But…… He’s accused, and she is guilty. The law is an ass, but over time it will correct this, and innocent until proven guilty is foundational.

The sentence imposed on her isn't mandatory. Meanwhile, those children are being subjected to court ordered abuse and I doubt the law will "correct" this.
