next month... 13 hour drive... although I won't be the only one driving (thank god)
Recovery run done. It was 5km total but with a maybe 1 or 2 minute walk at around 3km. Still really tough tho. It's clear it'll take some training to get back to 5km continuously.
It was really stuck on so it was until a third knowledgeable guy came we all together pulled it off

Gonna try running again. Hopefully it'll be fully healed from last week's fall.
Holy shit. also I'm thinking of actually stopping at 170lbs. Currently at 173lbs but I feel like pushing the extra 8lbs to 165 is gonna be tough, and possibly detrimental to my fitness goals.
watched the uzumaki anime... woah.. it was really good
although all my lifts had increased weight today (progressive overload) and I did get halfway through the last set on all. I'm also considering moving on from the noob routine. Either now or next month.
