While having soup for dinner, I pitched, to my husband, a family-friendly version of Tokyo Ghoul called Tokyo Goulash. Same plot, but the ghouls need to eat beef stew to live instead of human flesh and no one ever explains why humans react like it's a terrible thing (I've never watched Tokyo Ghoul)
