Following the last RT, here's another Palestine / skateboarding organisation doing great charity work www.skatepal.co.uk
SkatePal is a non-profit organisation supporting communities throughout Palestine, promoting the social, health and wellbeing benefits of skateboarding to enhance the lives of local youth.
the extremely cool Palestine Skating Game just launched a GoFundMe for the project--right now, about 70% of funds are going towards evacuating Lebanese and Gazan developers on the project www.gofundme.com/f/palestine-...
Hey ya'll. This is Palestine Skating Game. You grind rails, sho… Palestine Skating Game needs your support for Palestine Skating Game - Development Fundraiser
I honestly can't get past a price like that - £114! Priced because someone overspent on budget, because it needs to charge that to make it's money back, not because it's worth it. Maybe it is? But I'm not gambling ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN POUNDS to find out. (RDR2 is £18 mate)
Honestly, £114 for a game that isn't out yet, thats probably going to be delayed, for a game that the publisher can't be arsed to even sell properly, or assumes I'm clued up about and loyal to. I'm not loyal, I'm just looking for a fun game
But instead it's just 3 options to buy, one priced at *£114*. And bullet points of things - season pass, dlc, ultimate pack - which tell me nothing about what I'm buying. Its so soulless, so weak, when this medium has every opportunity to sell you something that cannot exist in other entertainment
I'm browsing an online games store and I just see... greed and delusion. I click on a AAA game I don't know much about but interested in, hoping to see a trailer or giant screenshots (I love screenshots on my big TV), some spectacle and excitement that gets me pumped to play and happy to pay...
Ripped Dungeon Master, mixed media bootleg action figure, by me, 2024. Screen printed collage backing board, figure and packaging chopped up, painted, reassembled and sold to you if you want it - link in bio, innit.
I feel you. I've just got lucky, but I honestly think it is luck. Jobs are *gone* gone, and it doesn't feel like they're going to be coming back.
Made some temporary tattoos. You can get a pack of five from my shop (link in bio) and look cool without the pain, regret or cost of the real thing www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1...
