This is about a quarter of the season’s total! They did great. I’m definitely planting more paste tomatoes next year.

Oh! Thing I recently learned is to dry and *powder* some of your homegrown tomatoes, maybe make an herb & salt blend, add as a burst of flavor to things you cook.
