How does one misplace his favourite drinking glass in a small apartment? How? I've looked everywhere. I'm losing my mind.

Someone once put my cell phone in my wastebasket. I live alone.

I just found my white missing Tupperware veggie peeler in a mostly emptied compost bin (the large wheeled one) on a layer of frozen cat litter in the bottom that must have been there a long time. Happened to be wheeling bin back from street and looked inside to see how much dumped. 👿 how?!

Stuff like that happened to me all the time in my old place, which was tiny. I just moved, so now I have more space to misplace things. 😄

Would you maybe have put a paper or napkin on top, making your eye pass over it?

I lose stuff all the time, too — all by myself. After a couple of years of looking, & even buying a replacement, I found my favorite pair of pliers snuggled up in a fluffy duster. Apparently they slipped from the small well at the top of the ladder while I moved the ladder back into the garage. 🍀🍀🍀
