But for individual animated films that are "7 out of 10" (I'm struggling for a better descriptor) I see people just waiting for it to arrive 'down the pipe' on D+.

I wonder Dan, if the Disney+ factor is largely at play? People went to theatres to farewell the Guardians (v3) with their friends because they were emotionally invested in the characters.
