Thinking about writing a post with Sarah, Mike, and Dan (the Pebble/T2 team)"The Trust and Safety Starter Pack." What's the checklist of T&S features you should build as a new consumer startup to make sure your product doesn't become a cesspool? Would this be interesting?

One rule would be to have enough humans, because tech can do a lot, but it cannot replace humans altogether (at least not yet) nor handle things like context and nuance particularly well. This also means you need to support your humans, because they may face horrible things in doing their jobs.

I would be interested. I think this is an important discussion that a lot of websites should be having.
