I haven't seen the new entry area yet, but Tudor Square had so much charm that seems to be missing in all that I've seen of the new entrance. I get that the old are was too congested and antiquated, but it was so well built with great architectural details.

I miss the Hersheypark of my youth-- Giant Wheel, Skyride, Tudor Square. They were all products of the Randall Duell reimagining of the park in the 1970's, and some of his best work.

I miss the weird Ferris Wheels of the 1970’s! They were odd, looked scary as hell, but I loved to watch them when they would pivot. Just the sheer size and the way it would instantly change the skyline of the park— so cool! Here’s Hersheypark’s Giant Wheel:
