Bit of a daft question really. These are people with a proven family connection to the UK who are in a dangerous situation partly because of actions previous governments took in their country. If we can't help them then we're not helping anyone are we.
Somebody made this decision, they looked at the facts, and still decided to put their signature to a letter to say no. I know that there are rules and guidelines they have to follow, but still, how do they sleep at night.
