Period pain relief Look, I know, it's Monday and nobody gives a shit. But maybe somebody could use this info. So, when I still had my womb, which had endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial hyperplasia, and cancer... The only thing that helped the pain was strong Yarrow tea and migraine meds.
By strong I mean so strong it's kicking ass. 2 tablespoons in 1 mug, steep for 10+ mins. That shit kills giants. For me, it took 2-3 h to kick in. Don't wait until you're already weeping on the floor. Take that shit about 3-4 times a day. It kept me functional with a pain on maybe 2 instead of 9.
Interesting! Before I got an IUD that shut down the whole bleeding nonsense, I used yarrow tea to kickstart things early if I was going to be traveling at a normally-inconvenient time. The tradeoff was that it would make the cramps hit HARD. But I was taking it before period started, not during.
