I've skeeted about seeing these ads watching stuff on Pluto TV. They are disgusting and should be as scandalous as the Willie Horton ad.
I have no idea how or why, but Ted Cruz used to follow me on Twitter. I had about 150,000 followers (non-bought) at one point, so maybe he thought they'd be useful, even though he must have known deep down, at least 98% of those people would be repulsed by him, if he mounted them within marriage.
