'Barb Wire' (1996, Criterion) knew which way the wind was blowing. This movie is more fun than I expected. Compared to other genre movies of the 90s ('Virtuosity', 'Hackers'), this one breezes right along. It was just right for half-watching while playing with the pup before bedtime.

I’m not going back after my last experience there, but it is much improved over previous years.

But did the show start on time🤣
