And so another month it comes, around the corner still. The week grows older with the sun, the air with bites and chills. A sweet relief, a ray is seen, amid the clouds and rain. Will we remember what had been, till spring would come again. #poetry

I smiled and laughed, this little man. Who braved for food, almost from hand, He crept up slowly in the night, As was his own sworn way. I gave a click to call him near, But surely humans he did fear, The dark carried him from our sight, To feast another day. #poetry

And so I took my nightly haunt, Not far at all, a little jaunt. The air was thin, was brisk, was fair. A pleasant expedition But as I neared where I just wrote, I spied a thief, in his grey coat, His hair did flutter as he stole, A morsel from a patron. #poetry

The little fellow set his stone, He checked his bag, The treasures shone, The oak leaves shuddered sweet relief, And still he stared, Good natures wreath, Then grasped his rod that he had made, A sapping fashioned to a stave, He dug for these a little grave, To bury his ambitions. #poetry

Quite the handsome lad. And keyed into you. I’m glad you’ve found a moment where your heart can be full again!

Welcome to the other side of what we see and feel. Hold your tongue and Steele your fears to make your moment real. Save your words and still your mind before you find a fault. Hear the music for a while of nothing you have thought. #poetry

At times love is a soothing balm, Others a warming flame, Sometimes love is like the lightning strike. Or maybe healing rain. At times love can seem out of reach Sometimes so very close But of all love what I would preach Is you're it's only host.
