Great new policy for Massachusetts. This is how you make things better

Not a MA resident but I think this is a great initiative. I wish other states will follow their lead.

But but but….something something personal responsibility something something bootstraps something something I worked and saved for my underwater basket weaving degree.

My only question is, will the budgets follow?
