not sure why my sit-ups were shit today on 2/3 sets but w/e, off days happen. adding some lower back workouts bc i notice those muscles straining most in planks, & gonna keep upping the weight on my flies for more oomph. im hopeful for a 9min mile by end of october, with this rate of progression!

tbh i think "white optimus" mags gets that reputation bc that design never made it into the cartoon, and didn't stick around long in Classic G1 or Dreamwave either, so it's not his accepted/default design.
tonight's highlight: the party was fighting a rust monster which is basically a slime. they decided to stuff it into the chest cavity of the party member who turns into a microwave, to bring it home for examination. this promptly gave the microwave a rust infection. g1 coded is2g <3
