Sorry I’ve been MIA the last few months, I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life. I’ve been traveling, dealing with storm damages at my apartment, and am in the process of moving to SC to live with my gf. I’ve been keeping myself busy with work to save up money for my move and doing therapy.
Working with my traumatized teenager IFS parts in therapy is hard if only for the ruthless sass they give me when i try reparenting them
