T+97h, no sugar withdrawal symptoms to be reported, no fatigue waves since this morning.

As for now, dizziness disappeared since t+60h. Still experiencing fatigue by short waves (20min max) every few hours, but it's improving. We'll see how it goes once storms get rid of that tropical weather.
