RETURNAL FUCKING SLAPS. It's perfect for my tastes. The way Denis Villeneuve films feel like blockbuster arthouse films Returnal feels like a AAA indie game. High production value art and world with genuinely unique gameplay. Deff one of the best Sony exclusives of the generation.

A Short Hike is one of 2 games to ever make me cry. There's no game I've played that more perfectly captures the melancholy of walking/exploring while you've got something on your mind. Also I love a cute little Birb.

Yeah it's super worth it and it's tastefully short. My fiancée and I basically treated it like a movie and played it all the way through on a Sunday afternoon.

Ben Esposito is a huge influence on me. I played Sonic Dreams Collection when I was in college, Unfinished Swan changed how I view games, and more recently Neon White really blew me away, but I always come back to the charm and simplicity of Donut County and it's wonderful soundtrack!
