i do wonder what the more attractive flip would be, the idea that Ds just picked up the Stephen Miller MAGA border policy and said "oh Rs can't pass this? then WE'LL pass it, which will 'show them' won't it?" felt so mickey mouse as to beggar belief. but they also had a poll lead on Rs to burn off.
