I'm at the SCEC meeting (aka earthquake geek central) this week, but as usual, am distracted by events. On my laptop this morning, I processed and analyzed the first Sentinel-1 InSAR data of the Morocco earthquake (descending track 154). We see bout 18cm of uplift and 4 cm of subsidence.

Cropped Sentinel-1 descending track 154 interferogram of the Morocco earthquake. Blue colors indicate range decrease (consistent with uplift) of about 18 cm, and yellow colors indicate range increase (subsidence) of about 4 cm.

I downsampled the data and set about modeling them, using the same tools I demoed on the InSAR course a couple of weeks back. There are a couple of possibilities. This model is of a steep, north-dipping fault plane (black rectangle) with a surface trace (blue line) located to the south.
