Oh yea, this site definitely has a lot more to do. I'm not sure what you're talking about with lists since those are pretty neat ways to block mass amounts of accounts. (Do you mean feeds?) And yea, the unfiltered NSFW and suggestive stuff being shown to new people is annoying but that's also on-
The Discovery Feed will show random stuff regardless. I would suggest muting or blocking random accounts that you wish to no longer see. Or mute keywords/tags
I mean, he got the task done at least :p
From my experience, that button is absolutely useless. The best way to influence the Discovery Feed is by following other users with posts that you're interested in looking at.
