Speaking of #espresso, I wanted to show you the heart of my collection & probably the machine I work with the most: A dual boiler Rancilio Silvia Pro X, customized with an IMS precision shower screen (which helps with cleaning) & a wooden steam knob. Or what I love to call it: My little Volvo 1/X

On my counter in my kitchen there is a Rancilio silvia Pro X dual boiler portafilter espresso machine, a G-Iota DF64 64mm flat burrs grinder and my Fellow Ode that's modded with Gen2 64mm flat burrs and Gen2 hopper.

Next to it is my G-Iota 64mm flat burrs grinder. More geared towards espresso, but also good for every other application, ranging from Espresso to Mokka to filter. And my Fellow Ode 64mm flat burr grinder, modified with the much better Gen2 burrs & hopper. More geared towards Pour-over & filter 2/x
