I think there's also some eliding of the general argument - that heart DISEASE often presents differently in women than men - and the specific point about heart attacks. Ofc, "attack" is a colloquial term anyway, but if we're being specific about MIs it's somewhat complex.
Also, final thought - the Conversation article in the original thread isn't very good. These two paragraphs are references to a) a Cureus review that doesn't seem to support the claim and b) another review that doesn't discuss misdiagnosis at all.
