I have broken down and begged my family to stop treating every surface as a crap magnet. It hasn’t helped

I’ve really enjoyed starting out the new year with my kid being sick and missing the first week back to school 🤦‍♀️

I’ve been going back and forth with customer service help and the latest response is in German. 🤷‍♀️😂
