A year ago I darkly observed that the death ratios from previous Israeli assaults on Gaza indicated Israel would kill Palestinians until ~150,000 were dead and the "cosmic balance" of Israeli/Palestinian life was restored in its eyes I honestly never thought we would be so close to that being true
