There is always someone to tell you what you’re doing will wreck your baby. Starts with “don’t give formula to a breastfeeding baby, all the health benefits will disappear”, then “don’t change formula, your baby has imprinted upon it” and so on. And yeah infant led weaning is messy (but worth it).
