I think I saw you on @sandygrains insta (followed her for journalism), but I ironically do not like reading too much on IG because I equate the app to quick, ADHD-friendly nuggets of visual satisfaction. I have to change that because it leaks into my other reading habits

Hah! Instagram is certainly that quick visual satisfaction thing for me too. My follower network is very tiny, almost certainly because I've kept it private and manually approve followers. That allows me to write and share much more intimate things.
