The President should appoint ten new supreme court justices without bothering to get congressional approval and then have the new justices rule that there's no constitutional requirement for the President to get congressional approval for new justices.

I mean, technically.. Biden COULD order the assassination of the current Judges and do just that, since he would have presidential immunity. *I'm not officially advocating for such a thing, just stating hypothetically it IS possible*
