The taxpayer shouldnt be paying for this at all, and shouldn't e subsidising the high prices of the energy companies. The energy companies shd be paying for this. And they could sort this out with one stroke of a pen, by forcing energy companies to introduce social tariffs

It’s not that simple, but you’ll never understand. In your childlike world it must be very nice to think everything is so easy. Things aren’t, I’m afraid, that easy. I’m glad people who understand that are in charge rather than people like you, because they will actually achieve something.
