I normally just respond with my carrd. I dotn do commission sheets since i price based on complexity rather than size of the piece. Should i still make a commission sheet at this point? I may have been seen as a bot :(

Your posts/profile look human, you're fine. A bit sad if a guide meant to help clients has artists worrying about interacting the right way, probably not the intended effect here. You'd likely need to go out of your way to act like a bot for people to think you're one.
