So basically a bunch of nerds made a "real" version of the x-ray vision glasses they used to sell at the back of comic books. I remember those ads, and they always showed some dude being able to see thru a woman's clothes. So these are "punch in the face immediately" glasses. Cool.
Months ago, I had been looking at light fixtures on Wayfair and put a bunch in my cart and forgot about them. I found a cute BBQ toy kitchen for the grandkids on there and plopped it in my cart and hit checkout, not really paying attention, and *almost* bought $600 worth of light fixtures, too 😱
Our trees (cottonwood) are dropping leaves and sticks like crazy right now, and we hear thumps on the roof and deck all day and night long from the sticks. It seems so much louder than a falling stick should sound
