Peter Hendy threatened to withhold public contracts while seeking disciplinary action.
Hendy is also on the advisory board of the railway museum. I am also going to write to them asking them to put a stop to that as well.

He didn't even raise this really - he was repeating something the ORR had been reported since *6 months prior* to what Gareth said to the Independent - they issued an improvement notice to NR last year!
