Fairlife milk has protein in it. So I typically mix 3 scoops of whey with 12oz of fairlife skim milk a day and it gives me like 116g of protein

Yeah I use Kroger's CarbMaster chocolate milk for my oats and protein shake (it's basically the same as Fairlife but cheaper), but good gracious THREE SCOOPS in one shake?!
