Calls are usually weighted more heavily than emails. While the call itself is important, what you say is not. It is a tally. You can say "my name is ___ I live at ___, I oppose KOSA." More is good, but that is all you NEED. Phone-phobic? Call after 6pm, weekends, holidays (Monday) & leave a message
