I've suddenly been friended by a bunch of bots, podcasts, "businesses", and people claiming to be from Gaza with donation links in their bios and not much else. I've already been scammed twice donating to someone escaping Gaza, only for it to be a scam. The enshittification of Bluesky has begun.

I just got another one. Apparently bsky now has the juice, bc we're clearly on some radars we weren't on a month ago.

Yeah, as much as it sucks I tend to doubt people claiming that without some form of verification because scammers are using that conflict to their benefit, and it really sucks. I know all MAs have a potential to be a scam but those more so just because people know it works ):
