I have to be super careful with product because I am allergic to so much. Only shampoo once a month usually nyway, mostly just rise. I usually put argan oil in my hair while it's still wet starting a few inches from the roots & it's down to my waist even though I bleach and dye it.

Yeah I used to be able to go a while without washing but my hair texture and what it needs tends to change a lot. My hair has thinned a little in the last few years and there's a lot of potential reasons, but it's naturally very porous. I wish I could just do the same I do for my skin
