Just another Parliamentary rule that needs to be tightened. We pay them a lot of money (plus expenses), yet there is no penalty for deserting their constituents and/or not appearing in Parliament? Nice job to have...

We had our chance to tighten rules concerning recall when they were trying to resolve the MPs’ expenses scandal. As usual, very little was done.
