Also I can't just PRINT OUT a fricken ticket any longer or even use a dang screen shot - you have to use the app. I mean, what if you don't have a new phone? You just... don't get to do stuff, I guess!

My workaround is to log into Ticketmaster's website using the browser on my phone, which will show the ticket with that animated line going back and forth over the scan code. So, fine. But I'd like to add it to my Apple Wallet, which the website says I can do - but there's no way to actually do it!

Couple of options - the box office day of the show can text you a link that will open the tickets without going through the app. Mobile browser *should* also work for you. And while the "policy" is not to print, you can tell them your phone is broken and they can print for you.
