Okay but how does a group of congressmen voting to decertify the election actually = Biden being lead out of the White House in handcuffs by the secret service? What makes that actionable? What actually makes the wheels turn on an official level rather than just civil unrest and mass shootings?

I think the idea is that civil unrest and mass shootings are a "win condition" for those guys, and it creates an opening which Trump could presumably use to ooze into power. I think it is a good place to say "at this point we are off the rails" but reality will not end at that moment in time.
