I have misophonia. And it’s really hard. I wanna fight, I wanna bite when I hear people chewing, sneezing, coughing, snoring. Ugh.

Many Autistic people cannot tolerate the sounds of people chewing ... this is called Misophonia. Fascinatingly, many of us who hare overwhelmed by humans chewing find animal chewing sounds soothing.

Misophonia is excruciating ngl. I found some earplugs that filter out certain noises/frequencies that make life a lot more tolerable. Otherwise I’d probably crumble into a million pieces.
