We are a social species, after all.

I love the perspective. The tech community, one I’ve retired from, is largely full of hubris, aiming to solve world problems, most of which they have little to no understanding. From a principal perspective I suggest their aim with their tools should be “supportive”, not “substitute”.

When people ask me, "so, what have you achieved in your lifetime?" My response is now, "That's not a question I bother with any longer. For me the question is, what have I learned about myself?"
