Are they readily gettable? I remember years back hearing (commercial) lobstering in R.I. had dwindled (none now?).

You can get a recreational license (5 pots!) for $40…. i see enough pots out there to think that it’s worth doing if your goal is “nice dinner once in a while,” not “make a living” (the latter is definitely not possible)
