Unfortunately the society that gave them that really rough life won't take responsibility for doing that, and they get dumped back to a country that's already overwhelmed. We can care, but the resources needed won't come from our current government. It's a sad vicious circle of failure.

Pissing down with rain in Wellington earlier today. Window cleaners hanging outside the office windows currently. Half job needed at full pay.
Not motion sickness. Worst I've had on Wellington bus is muppet who gets on near Strathmore shops & blasts inappropriate music through Bluetooth speaker. Literally had to get off at Miramar shops & near spew. Bus driver didn't care, because that's no longer their job to ensure passengers comfort.
